Structured workshops where youth will have the opportunity to learn new skills. Each month the theme of the workshop will change, and youth are expected to sign up in advance. 

A youth-led initiative. Youth who are members of the Routes Youth Council discuss, organize and make decisions about what happens at their Centre.

Youth have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an employment counselor to work on your resume, cover letter writing and interview skills
